Save a device copy
Generated documents and saved resources can be stored on the device for offline viewing. Copies are separated by account so one teacher’s drafts do not appear in another teacher’s workspace.
Return without a network request
Open an available offline copy from the saved library. When the network returns, the app can back up supported changes to the account; check the sync status before deleting a local copy.
Keep control of your files
Export a document when you need to print or share it. Server retention and account deletion rules are shown by the product as they are enabled; an offline copy remains under the device’s storage controls.
