MADE FOR YOUR TEACHING DAY
Help with your account and teaching materials
Find the next step for the screen you are using.
Contact XQRA
Teacher’s Friend is operated by XQRA. Email support@teachersfriend.app for account, teaching-tool or privacy help. Include the affected screen, country, approximate time and any TF reference code. Leave out learner details, passwords and sign-in codes.
For information requests, account-deletion requests and the distinction between account records and device copies, read the privacy notice.
Sign-in and verification
Use the email address you registered with. Check your inbox and spam folder for the verification message. On the sign-in screen, enter your address and choose “Need another verification email?” when the countdown finishes. Use the latest message.
If your session could not be verified, open Profile, then Account & sign-in, and sign in again. Google sign-in appears only where supported and configured; Expo Go testing uses email sign-in. Open Profile.
Generation errors and recovery
Read the specific error and keep its TF reference code, along with the country, class, subject, material type and time. Never share passwords, sign-in codes or private learner information.
An interrupted connection does not always mean generation failed. Use the recovery or retry action shown for that request before starting another one. If asked to restore earlier selections, restore them to recover that draft, or choose “Start a new generation” when offered.
“Generation is not yet enabled for this account” is an access restriction. Repeated retries, changing the subject or having a displayed coin balance will not remove it. Public generation access and purchasing are not yet enabled for every account.
Saved materials and offline copies
Open your saved library using the same account that created the material. A previously saved device copy may open without a network connection. New generation and checking cloud backups need an internet connection.
Before clearing app storage or uninstalling, export important documents and check their backup status. Clearing browser data can also remove device copies. A copy on one device does not mean another device has downloaded it. Open saved materials.
Word and PDF downloads
Open a saved lesson, exam or teaching note, choose its download action, then select the available format and orientation. Review page breaks and diagrams before printing.
If Word export asks you to sign in, reconnect your account and retry. If the service is busy, wait before trying again. On a phone, use the share or save options offered by your device. A failed download does not by itself mean your saved material was removed.
Countries and teaching resources
Choose the country in the header, then open Teaching & learning materials from Home. Narrow the library by school level, class and subject, or search for a title. Available books and official collection links vary by country.
Curriculum browsing and lesson generation are separate tasks. If a book is unavailable, keep its title and country so the item can be identified. An official collection link may open the publisher’s website. Read about the resource library.
Help inside the app
Open Profile, then Help & feedback for workspace guidance, or Account & sign-in to check your session. This page provides self-service guidance; it does not submit a support ticket. Open Profile.
